Launched in spring 2023, Colin Meredith is the eponymous label of Canadian designer Colin Meredith, the result of more than a decade spent exploring garment making, craft and art. Raised on Vancouver Island, Colin studied visual arts and technical apparel design in Montreal before working with some of the leading names in sportswear and outdoor apparel.
That dual background runs through the collection. Pieces draw on technical construction and performance-driven detailing from the outdoor industry, filtered through a craft-led, artisanal approach refined over years of pattern making and one of one garment work. The result is clothing that sits between technical apparel and quiet, considered design.
Each piece reflects a careful attention to cut, fabric and finish, built for everyday wear with a designer's eye for detail. The collection brings together a technical sensibility with a slower, more intentional way of making clothes.
